We were contracted to provide television coverage facilities for the Rio Olympics and Paralympics. This required 8 x 40ft sea containers and over 10 tonnes air freight of equipment to and from Brazil. The particular requirements of temporary import to the country, multiple locations and separate events added to our challenges. We used Bill Bowden Event Logistics to move our exhibition from Braintree, Essex to the various venues this year and back again.  Each time we arrived on the stand the work was there waiting for us to set up, the  empty packaging was stored during the show and then returned promptly at the end.  Everyone was extremely helpful and, as you can see from the photo, the men were still smiling as we left to come home on Sunday evening.  Thank you.
